Each of our programs are held in small-medium sized groups with workshop-style training. This means that mentorship and one-on-one support is provided throughout the training sessions. After participating in any or all of these programs, participants are invited to one of our many competitions in order to pitch in front of a strategic audience.
Pitch 101 is all about learning the fundamentals of a 1-minute pitch. Pitchers may be entrepreneurs seeking advisers or funding, or simply someone looking to learn how to deliver a clear and concise message with confidence. This training is given in a multi-hour, interactive workshop.
Pitch 201 builds valid, in-depth content into a 2-minute pitch. It welcomes the more seasoned student, researcher or entrepreneurial mind whose company has traction or paying customers and is actively seeking angel and/or venture capital rounds of investment. Participation in either the live or online Pitch101 training session is a prerequisite for acceptance into the Pitch201 workshop.
Pitch 301 provides seasoned business owners who are looking to exit their business with training for a 5-minute pitch. Whether it’s succession planning, IPO or a straight exit this session focuses on the “exit” details. Participation in either the live or online Pitch101 training session is a prerequisite for acceptance into the Pitch301 program.
What happens when I sign up as a participant?
Pitch101 hosts events regularly, allowing all individual registrants to travel to a central location and participate in the event. You can sign up in this capacity on our Contact page.
Host a Pitch Event
If you are part of a group that would benefit from Pitch training, why not host a Pitch event for your organization? Rather than registering as an individual and travelling to the program, the Pitch101 team comes to you. We will come to your workplace, classroom, or meeting space and conduct a Pitch101 program for a few hours. We will work individually with all members of your team to develop their skills and personal pitches.
This training has been proven very beneficial for entrepreneurs learning to pitch their business to potential investors or partners, professionals of any age trying to develop their communication and public speaking ability, and young professionals learning to pitch themselves for networking and recruitment events.
